Quantity Surveyor (Heavy Infrastructure, Tunnelling)

Salary:  to £50k + package

Based:  London, SW11, Battersea

A global leader, and seen as one of the UK’s most forward thinking infrastructure contractors.  They are delivering a complex engineering feat that will see them construct a major tunnel below the Thames.  The project is at an exciting time and is approaching the halfway point, with a further £800m to spend on my clients section of work.

Part of this scheme is a £60m section of work.  For that, they require a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

You will be working under the guidelines of an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor and Senior Project Manager.  The role has an excellent career progression platform that offers long term prospects backed with the option to always work on varied and interesting infrastructure contracts once this is completed.

Key criteria’s for the role will be the following:

  • NEC experience
  • Ability to measure works
  • Able to produce a Bill of Quantities
  • Good client interfacing skills
  • Commercially astute
  • Looking for a role with progression, will suit someone with a dynamic outlook
