Job description

This role is for a Quantity Surveyor with in NEC contract experience. The role will require a Surveyor who is capable of performing the typical duties of a Quantity Surveyor such as cash flow analysis, cost analysis, variations, and preparation of contracts among other duties.

About you

The role will allow you to bring in your own ideas, your own vision and it will encourage you to enhance your creative-thinking. For that reason, the ideal Quantity Surveyor will be able; ambitious, dedicated energetic and capable of working independently (and in a team too!). This role would be ideal for a Quantity Surveyor who has a keen eye for detail and who wants to join a company and have realistic opportunities to progress through the ranks.

For this role, the essential requirements are;

  • BSc/HND degree in a relevant discipline
  • 4-7 years’ civils experience with a known company
  • NEC experience
