Quantity Surveyor - Surrey

They have built a reputation as one of the market leaders within the ground engineering and remediation sector, having been involved in some of the most iconic and prestigious projects in the UK.  Their portfolio ranges from major construction schemes through to complex civil engineering projects that will include Crossrail and Thames Tideway.

They have a role for a Quantity Surveyor within their groundworks and remediation division.  The works are mainly valued between £2 – 25m, with projects scattered around Greater London and the Home Counties.  Dependant on the size of the contract, your role could be a Quantity Surveyor running a portfolio of smaller contracts or become part of a commercial team delivering £15m + projects.  You will work very closely with the Contracts and Project Managers to gain contractual entitlement, cash flow, managing risk and ensuring the projects are reported and forecasted correctly.

The position will suit a Surveyor who likes taking responsibility, enjoys a challenge and thrives working within a fast paced environment.  You will report into the divisional Commercial Director who is excellent at providing commercial support and guidance when required.  As a company they like to invest in their employees so they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor that wants a long term role and the opportunity for career development and progression.
