Quantity Surveyor – Major Highways Framework

Salary:  to £40k + package

Based:  Surrey

Having delivered some of the most sought after highways frameworks in the country, this leading contractor has an exciting role for a career minded Quantity Surveyor to join their team.  The project will be over 4 years and comprise of improvements to link roads, structures, bypasses and general road maintenance.

The position will see you work alongside a Lead Quantity Surveyor who in turn will be working closely with the delivery teams to ensure the works are being carried out on time and within the financial targets set.  You will be required to carry out tasks like measurements for valuations, assist the Lead Quantity Surveyor in daily package management and procurement as well as preparing cash flows for payments.  The suitable QS will ideally be degree qualified or HNC/HND level in surveying, looking for a long term career opportunity and be a team player.
