Quantity Surveyor - Surrey

Seeking a new and exciting opportunity for 2018?

The opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected sub-contractor based in Surrey. Whilst reporting to the experienced Managing Director, initially the role will see you working on exciting projects in London and the South East including a refurbishment of a London hotel. These projects range in value from £50,000 to £1,500,000.

Over the past 40 years this specialist sub-contractor has executed over 800 contracts for both main contractors and developers. The sectors in which they operate include commercial, residential, education, healthcare and leisure. They also have experience in working on the refurbishment of listed buildings.

With excellent possibilities for career progression optimised through tailored training plans, this opportunity will enable you to enhance and develop your own portfolio as well as expanding your industry knowledge and experience.

Required:

• 5+ years relevant experience
• Good industry knowledge
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Carpentry and joinery experience desirable
