Quantity Surveyor - Northamptonshire

A highly regarded Professional Surveying Practice has identified the opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business to work on a range of exciting projects ranging in value from £1m to £5m. They are a diverse consultancy with an innovative, proactive and knowledgeable team with expertise in the Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Leisure and Retail sectors on new build, expansion and refurbishment projects.

Whilst reporting into the experienced Associate, you will be responsible for cost estimating, managing the tender process, valuations, regular reporting to our Clients and facilitating cost control from inception through to completion of the project. You will also be expected to advise on contracts, warranties, professional appointments and all other legal aspects of projects whilst undergoing continued training and development.

They are looking for a committed and driven individual and will consider individuals with the following experience;

• 4 + years’ relevant experience
• PQS / Consultancy background or main contractor background
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
• Ideally RICS
