Quantity Surveyor - London - W

A well respected mixed-use development company has identified the opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business. Whilst reporting to the experienced Commercial Manager the role will see you working on two new and eclectic development projects.

This organisation is proud to be a member of London's leading mixed-use developer and a FTSE 250 company. The organisation has been responsible for shaping much of the modern development along Central London's riverside, replacing former industrial areas with vibrant places to live, work and play.

This role will enable you to join a well-established organisation where exciting projects ensure their employees are given the best opportunity to learn and enhance their career. The projects you will work on are varied and very unique, allowing you to develop your own portfolio and expand your industry knowledge.

Required:

• 5+ years’ surveying experience
• Developer/main contractor background

Desired:

• Degree qualified or equivalent
