This Quantity Surveyor opportunity is for a sharp, confident, outgoing individual that wants to manage their own projects worth up to £100m overall. This is a well renowned Multi-Services Contractor within London who work alongside the nation’s biggest main contractors on their major infrastructure projects. Your role as Quantity Surveyor will see you managing the commercial functions of the projects from start to finish, as well as liaising with clients on a regular basis to discuss your progress or issues as a summary.

This contractor hold a prestigious position within the market and pride themselves on customer and employee satisfaction with their extremely professional approach and incentives/rewards scheme for employees. Required:

• Structured career history
• 3 + years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
• Excellent Communications Skills – speaking with clients is a key aspect of this role
• Confident approach to work
• Very Presentable, Sharp

Desired:

• General Civils experience
• Construction OR Building experience
