This is a well-known specialist demolition contractor who have expanded their horizons and now also work in a variety of different sectors on projects worth up to £30m. They are in need of a Quantity Surveyor to come in and oversee the commercial functions of several projects within the Civil Engineering, Remediation and Demolition sectors using your NEC experience and civils background and eventually have the chance to work on one of the largest framework contracts to date in the UK. This company has grown in size by a value of around £25m in the past 2 years and have taken on a new Commercial Manager who saw potential in them and wished to get involved to ensure the success continues, and now you have the opportunity to do the same!!  

Required:

• Strong NEC Experience
• Civil Engineering Experience
• 2-4 years Post Graduate Experience
• Degree Qualified, Chartered or Equivalent
• Structured Career (no more than 2 moves)

The opportunity is to join one of the leading demolition contractors and work on a variety of projects that range from £500K to £30m in a number of different sectors. You will work alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure everything within the project runs smoothly, on time and within budget on larger projects, but also be given the sole responsibility to take on smaller projects within the largest framework contract in the UK to date. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuing success of the company and feel a great sense of satisfaction when each project is completed.
