One of the country’s leading utilities contractors has seen a significant increase in workload for their framework contract with Thames Water and require a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This framework delivers infrastructure schemes for Thames Water in order to improve the delivery to residential and commercial areas.

The role will see you:

• Manage your own assigned package of work
• Oversee project-preferred subcontractors
• Use your commercial acumen to reduce the costs of the schemes

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have a structured career history within the water and civil engineering sectors and will be competent using the NEC form of contract.
