A highly experienced construction company with an excellent reputation has identified the opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team to be based in Orpington. This organisation operates within the Southeast on projects up to £10m in many sectors including education, residential, ecclesiastical, health and commercial. They enjoy high levels of repeat and negotiated business. Initially the role will see you working on a range of exciting residential schemes in Kent!

Having recently moved to a stunning new office in Orpington, they have merged all of our divisions into one location. This includes their sister M&E Company, their joinery workshop and their tool and plant hire division. They have carried out a full refurbishment of the building to give them a modern and fresh working environment that is fit for purpose and they have invested in new hardware and software and in new machinery for their joinery workshop.

Required:

• General build background
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
• 5 – 8 years relevant experience
