Quantity Surveyor - East Sussex

Come and run a portfolio of water projects up to £10m in value!

A leading utilities contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage a portfolio of water projects totalling to £10m in value. These projects are for Southern Water and are part of a framework contract that covers the Kent, Sussex and Hampshire regions. This framework is running until 2020, and could see it extended to the next AMP period taking it to 2025.

These projects are run with the NEC form of contract, predominantly option C. There is also a strong focus on client liason, change management, CVR forecasting and subcontract placing.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have experience in managing their own civils/utilities projects using the NEC form of contract.
