Their portfolio includes major commercial, residential, sport arenas and regeneration schemes with values up to £20m.

They have secured 2 key hard and soft landscaping contracts with a total value of £2m, being delivered under the JCT contract.  The position will see you take full commercial responsibility of the projects, reporting into the Commercial Director.  A key element of the role will be to ensure the smooth commercial running of the projects, and in general to look after the contractual interests of the company.  It will suit someone who enjoys taking autonomy over their own work, is comfortable working to tight deadlines and who is prepared to offer advice and be able to solve issues when they arise.
