Quantity Surveyor - Berkshire

The opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join an international Civil Engineering and Building company based in Berkshire. Initially the role will see you working on several projects including a new residential mixed use centre in Wokingham and a new rugby club stadium in Isleworth, both around £4m in value.

This organisation provides specialist building and civil engineering expertise to a range of markets across various sectors including commercial and office, leisure, education, retail, residential and health and emergency services.

Required:

• 3 - 5 years relevant experience
• M&E background
• A good understanding of JCT and NEC contracts
