The Role:

• Working closely with the Commercial Manager & Director
• Managing two framework contracts totalling to £6m overall
• Using the NEC form of contract

The Ideal Quantity Surveyor:

• 3+ years’ experience using the NEC form of contract
• Ability to work under own direction and control
• Structured career history working for specialist civils contractors
