£50-70k + package - Groundworks - Surveying

An established groundworks and RC frame contractor needs you for their Northern Home Counties work!

One of the top names in the groundworks and RC frame industry is looking to expand their Northern Home Counties’ Commercial team due to an increase in demand for their services from existing and new clients.

The Company:

• Turnover over £100m

• Highly-regarded throughout the industry and has built up a reputation for their ability to win new contracts

• Work on groundworks and RC frame schemes between £1-50m

The Role:

• Take full commercial autonomy an £8m groundworks and RC frame project for a new build residential site in the Cambridgeshire area

• Undertake take-offs from measurements

• Attend site visits on a regular basis but operate out of their hub in Luton

The Ideal Individual:

• 4+ years’ experience managing the commercial function of groundworks and RC frame projects

• Ability to manage own projects from inception through to completion

• Live local to the Luton office so site visits are easily commutable
