Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils & infrastructure)

Salary:  £60k + package (car / travel allowance, pension, BUPA)

Based:  Surrey

A market leader within the UK piling sector has a requirement for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team with the option of delivering the following:

1 – Recently awarded major contract on a mixed use project

2 – Portfolio of 3 jobs, mixture of infrastructure and build contracts (NEC and JCT)

As the chosen Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure the works are delivered to the commercial targets set.  Although support from the companies head office will be given when required, the role will see you work independently.  On that basis it will require a Quantity Surveyor that is experienced in taking projects from inception through to completion.  Some experience in pre-construction will be very handy.

This leading contractor has an outstanding reputation in the industry and are also viewed as a company who look after and value their staff incredibly well.  The department is fast paced and dynamic, so it requires a Quantity Surveyor with that outlook in terms of how they work.
