Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a sold background in the RC Frame and Groundworks sector?

This market-leading RC Frame and groundworks contractor is looking to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
• Ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Performing risk, value management, and cost control.
• Advising on procurement strategy and contractual claims.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, preferably with RC Frame and groundworks projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Membership in a professional body such as RICS or CIOB is advantageous.
