Quantity Surveyor (NEC & Civils)

Contract:  £400 per day Ltd

Based:  Surrey (RH1)

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Seeking a Quantity Surveyor:  An established, highly respected, and forward-thinking civils and highways contractor.  They operate as both a Tier 1 and 2, working with key clients that include TFL and major infrastructure contractors.  Projects range in value up to £5m, with turnover in the region of £20m.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will work closely with the Directors and in effect take full pre and post commercial responsibility of your own projects.  You will ensure the projects you manage are run with commercial efficiency that will in turn bring them in on target.  Along with the Directors and Commercial Lead, you will develop strong relationships with the delivery Teams and work in partnership with them. 

ABOUT YOU:

• NEC Experience essential
• Quantity Surveying Degree or HND
• Structured career history is key
• Commercially astute, with strong client interfacing skills
• Highways would be beneficial, otherwise civils, groundworks or utilities
