Quantity Surveyor - Groningen

Up to £70k + Package with Subsistence (Dependant on Experience)

A contractor with over 20 years’ experience operating on large scale projects in the Civils sector are on the lookout for a UK experienced Project Quantity Surveyor willing to work on a project in Groningen in the Netherlands.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of a team of commercial staff that will be responsible for a key Data Centre with a major client. Part of this work would require you to be in the Netherlands for extended periods of time. Subsistence would be paid to accommodate this with a fair split between your time in the UK and the Netherlands.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to get his foot into the Data Centre market or work in Europe, or both, without fully committing to relocating straight away. Working as part of a newly put together team with experienced seniors above you would give you the opportunity to grow and learn along with others to fully fill out your knowledge on the Data Centre side of things and experience real career progression with a company only going up.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Civils
• Data Centre experience would be a major benefit
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Worked on projects using the NEC contract type.
• Happy to spend time away from home.
