Quantity Surveyor (NEC)

Salary:  to £50k + package

Based:  Warwickshire (B46)

Part of this project involves the biggest section of work, the upper route for HS2.  It incorporates some of the most complex and interesting ground engineering ever done on a major infrastructure project in the UK. 

My client, delivering the work with their JV partner, require a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.  The role will see you work with an experienced Commercial Lead to assist in areas like budgets, forecasting, potential programme delays and the costs associated with that, analysing of project data that can show savings and efficiencies.  All this is through a Software programme that the project has created.   

The suitable applicant will ideally have the following background and experience:

• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong IT and Excel experience
• Commercially astute
• Ideally degree or HND level qualification
• NEC experience
• Looking for a long term role
