Quantity Surveyor – Refurbishment and Restoration

Salary: £40k – £65k (depending on experience) + package (inc. car allowance, pension, bonus)

Location: Lewisham, South East London, SE13

Start date: Immediate

A new vacancy has arisen within a very reputable and well established main contractor in South London. This is a chance for someone with relevant surveying experience to work on landmark London projects.

This employer give their staff a lot of opportunity to grow and progress in experience, responsibility, job title and salary. You’ll initially be running one of a few of their new prestigious external refurbishments contracts which have been recently won.  You will be working in the business’ general projects division on small and large scale refurbishments. You will report into a Commercial Director.

Refurb experience is required and experience working on listed buildings will be preferred.
