Quantity Surveyor (HS2 Civils)

Freelance:  £440 per day Umbrella

Based:  Central London (NW1 3AA)

Key civils works are being carried out for HS2 which requires a Quantity Surveyor to join the team!

About the Role:

Overall project value will be in the region of £300m and involve heavy groundworks / earthworks, utility diversions, demolition and archaeology.  The duration of the scheme will run till late 2022, with the view that the suitable Quantity Surveyor will be required till the end.

About You:

• Have a strong NEC project background
• Have worked on £50m + civils projects
• Be able to work independently, but also within a collaborative environment
• Good client interfacing skills
• Good administrative and organisational skills
• BSc, MSc or HND level Quantity Surveyor qualification
