Quantity Surveyor (Major Station)

Freelance:  £350 per day Ltd

Based:  London City (EC3)

About the Project:

One of London’s major station projects is in full swing.  A Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team to deliver key packages of work.  The project has in the region of 2 years to run, with large internal sub-contract packages still to be delivered.

About the Role:

Working closely with a Section Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will be tasked with contractual management of subcontractors and sub-consultants, cost reporting and all other commercial matters associated with the section and package of works assigned to you.  The contract will be delivered under NEC Option A/C/E

About You:

• Have large rail stations experience (architectural and fit-out beneficial)
• Experience of working with NEC
• Good client and team interfacing skills
• Commercially astute
• Structured career history
