Salary: £50k - £70k basic depending on experience (+ package).

An opportunity with a reputable Contractor has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

• As one of the UKs most successful contractors, this is an opportunity to work on one of a few newly secured contracts in Brighton.
• This competitive business has several live projects of large scales currently on site and several projects due to start locally so is a good opportunity for anyone looking for looking to continuously work locally and earn progression after each successful project completion.
• The business is known for its productivity and the quality of its staff and are looking for a Surveyor with a good background working with other developers or contractors who also specialise in high rise new builds.
• Stable, permanent work history spending multiple years with previous employers is essential. Unfortunately applicants with freelance backgrounds are unlikely to be considered for this permanent position.
• RC Frame project experience is essential due to the nature of new projects won. Subcontractor background will be considered.
