They now require a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on regeneration projects valued £20-£80 million. Experience of design & build residential projects both new build & refurbishment with a main contractors is essential as well as the ability to build good working relationships with their clients who they see as partners.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a stable career background working with main contractors ideally on Design & Build residential projects and be able to show career progression.  Working as a part of a team carrying out both pre and post quantity surveying duties as well as  building successful long term relationships will require both commercial acumen and great interpersonal skills.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be handsomely rewarded with a salary circa £75k, car allowance, private pension plan and a comprehensive insurance package including life and death cover.
