If you are a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on industrial and commercial new build projects then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This office-based Quantity Surveyor role provides the opportunity to have commercial input on a variety of significant new projects in & around London.

Given the size and current steady growth trajectory of the business, this is a great opportunity for a Surveyor with aspirations of progressing to running major projects in Lead roles and moving into more senior positions as this successful business continues to grow.

Operating out of it’s head office in London, this business is set up to primarily provide new build project delivery services to clients in the industrial and commercial sectors. Products include new warehouses, storage facilities, factories, labs, offices, distribution centres, retail spaces and leisure facilities. Project build values typically range between £1m – £20m

You’ll report into the Senior Commercial team. Experience working on sizeable commercial and/or industrial construction projects will be necessary and this employer will prefer CV's which demonstrate a stable work history, having spent multiple years with previous employers respectively.
