After a very successful 2020 with an increase in turn over and with projects secured for the coming years this well-established sub-contractor is now looking to expand their commercial division by adding a Quantity Surveyor to their team.

They are looking for someone who is ambitious, motivated and looking to succeed in their career and grow with the company. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be required to be site based working on prestigious residential projects up to the value of £10M in Central London.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:

• Come from a sub-contracting background
• Have a background of working on dry lining packages
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
