An opportunity with a reputable Developer has arisen for an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in South East London.

The business typically specialises in delivery of mid-high rise RC frame construction for mixed-use, residential and/or commercial use and finished to very high specification.

Based in Lewisham, as the chosen Quantity Surveyor you’ll oversee the build of one or more of the business’ three new RC frame mixed-use/residential schemes and you will be commercially responsible the full duration of a multi-million pound scheme and reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The business is known for its productivity and the quality of its product and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a good background working on RC frame residential projects within a large contractor or developer and to have knowledge of all packages required throughout the full build and completion of a mixed-use major project.
