Quantity Surveyor (Heavy Civils / Rail)

Salary:  £45 – 50k + package

Based:  Central Birmingham or Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury)

This organisation are carrying out the work with their joint venture partners and are looking to expand their commercial team. They have a requirement to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to deliver heavy civils schemes on a portfolio of packages valuing between £5m - £50m.

This route includes some of the most complex and interesting engineering ever done on a major infrastructure project in the UK.

As the chosen Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside and report into the section Commercial Lead, as well as working independently on the work that you are delivering.

To be considered for this role, the successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally have the following background and experience:

• Infrastructure/civils project experience
• NEC experience
• Looking to make a long term career move
• Structured career history
• 4 – 7 years’ experience
