Salary + Package:  Up to £60k + Bonus, car, pension and 24 days annually leave excluding bank holidays.

Location: West London

A specialised Civil Engineering and Groundworks contractor that turns over £50m a year is calling for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team as they continue to win new Groundworks and RC Frame packages across London.

As the Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager with full autonomy of your projects.

The projects that this contractor normally secures ranges in value from £30000-£3m which comprises of both RC Frame and Groundwork packages.

What is required of the Quantity Surveyor?

• Experience with working for a Groundworks or RC Frame sub-contractor (Essential)
• Some form of accreditation related to Quantity Surveying qualifications.
