Salary + package: £45k + car allowance/car, healthcare, pension, 22 days annual leave excluding bank holidays

The company:

This contractor is a leading multi-disciplined civil engineering and construction contractor, providing services across South East England. The organisation has a diverse amount of civil engineering and groundwork packages coming in and are in need of a Quantity Surveyor to assist the Commercial Manager on these packages.

The role:

• Liaise with sub-contractors to resolve queries
• Assess and cost variations to contract
• Update and maintain records
• Assist with contract valuations
• Assist with monthly cost/value reconciliations

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of 3 years post graduating working as a surveyor with relevant RC Frames, Groundworks or Civil Engineering package.
• Degree in Surveying
