Quantity Surveyor
Role: Permanent
Location: Essex
Salary up to £70k + a package including a car (Audi A3) / Car allowance (£300), pension, laptop, cell phone and 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (Holidays do increase to 33 over time), life cover of 2 times your salary.

The organisation in question is a successful family run contractor that has been providing groundwork building services in the Essex region for over fifty years. They provide services to a vast range of projects such as schools, hospitals, roads, car parks and dealerships that range in value on average from £50000-£9m.

As the Quantity Surveyor you will come in and support two other Quantity Surveyors on nine existing groundworks and building projects valued on average at £3m. Thereafter you will have the privilege in taking full commercial control of 4 projects that are looking to start in June.
The organisation is ideally looking for someone who has groundworks civil engineering experience who has worked on building sites and who can get on well with others.
