Quantity Surveyor (Civils and Road)

Salary:  to £50k + package

Based:  Central East London,

Outstanding civils contractor requires a Quantity Surveyor!

Our client has an excellent name in the industry for delivering complex civils and structures projects, ranging in value up to £50m.

They are currently delivering a fairly complex scheme that will be in the region of £10m, involving RC Structures and urban groundworks to pedestrianize a part of Central London.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor will be to initially work closely with the company Commercial Manager to set the project up, but in time take full commercial control of the job.

Background would suit the following Quantity Surveyor:

• NEC experience
• Dynamic approach, and enjoy taking on responsibility
• Able to in time take full commercial control of the project
