Quantity Surveyor - London

What you will be doing as the chosen Quantity Surveyor: 

• Based within the M25 as a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:
• External applications from private and public clients
• Be transparent in costings and liaise with the construction team
• Check drawings and sub contract enquiries in a timely fashion

Skills and Experience:

• Previous residential Or commercial experience
• Working within a team
• Strong accuracy skills
• Attention to detail
• Works well under pressure
• Can manage numerous of different projects at a time.

• Salary upto £60,000
• Pension Scheme
• 24 days annual leave Plus 1 day for birthday + Bank Holiday
