Quantity Surveyor - Kent

A large sized contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their dry lining division. Currently, the division is running at a good rate with a constant flow of work, however a recent increase in contracts coming in and with expansion happening rapidly, an experienced Surveyor is required to handle the workload.

With the division turning over up to £10 Million a year; contracts can range from £50,000 to £5,000,000+ with works consisting of drylining, partitioning and screeding. You would take on a portfolio of works where you would be afforded autonomy on the contracts you are responsible for delivering.

Requirements:

• Experience in Drylining
• Ability to manage contracts autonomously
• Degree Educated (Preferred)
• Able to deliver good standard of work under pressure
