Quantity Surveyor - Essex

The Company

A well respected leader in the utility sector with over 20 years’ of carrying out contracts successfully under their belt. Working with major clients offering a full scope of works on their contracts from beginning to end. After recently being taken over by a major contractor, they have expanded rapidly with views to expanding even further.

The Role

Due to expansion, they have found themselves with the need for a Quantity Surveyor to come in and work with their team in Brentwood in order to carry out a multitude of Gas contracts. Contracts are run under the NEC contract type. Someone with the ambition to have control over their own contracts with guidance when needed from an experienced, well respected Commercial Director.

The successful Surveyor will have:

• NEC Contract Experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in the Utilities Sector at any Quantity Surveying level
• Capability to handle contracts on your own
• Ambition to grow and progress
