Quantity Surveyor (highways maintenance)

Salary:  £45k + package (travel, pension, benefits)

Based:  East London

This organisation are successfully delivering one of London’s most prestigious highways contracts and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role of Quantity Surveyor will focus on post contract duties, reporting into the lead Commercial Manager. 

The suitable Quantity Surveyor will ideally have the following background:

- Able to work of a schedule of rates

- Highways or civils framework experience

- Excellent administration of NEC contracts

- Ability to work independently

- Hard work ethic

- Proven track record in seeing contracts through to the end
