We have a rare and exclusive opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with an upcoming business that brings funding to developers. Currently making waves in the London and South East property scene, the company are using cutting edge automation software as well as a powerful bespoke platform to aid business growth and challenge the status quo.

The Quantity Surveyor will:

• Work within a dynamic close knit team of open minded individuals
• Manage a portfolio consisting of 20 to 30 properties with works of up £1.5m per project
• Manage expenses against budget
• Undertake regional market analysis

So what’s required of the chosen Quantity Surveyor?

• 4 years of experience working on residential projects
• An appetite for data analysis
• HND, HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• The ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
