We have a compelling opportunity with a respected contractor in the basement development sector. Owned by a major developer, this contractor is set to become the undisputed market leader in the near future.

The Quantity Surveyor will:

•  Work on between 1 to 4 commercial and residential projects.  
• Work with the Commercial Manager delivering projects of value £250k to £1.5M

So what’s required?

• 3-7 years of experience in industry, working on commercial or residential projects
• HND, HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent 

What’s in it for you?
