Quantity Surveyor - Southern Ireland

An exciting role for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and successful rail contractor!

This leading medium sized contractor is currently delivering in the region of €20m of work out of their Ireland office, with exciting growth and development potential for the next 3 years.  In order to sustain current workload they have an exciting role for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team, working alongside the Contracts Director and MD.  Project workload is made up of single schemes as well as a couple of long term frameworks.  Works will comprise of civil / structural, M&E and signalling.

The suitable Surveyor will have the following experience:

  • Have rail / civils experience
  • Commercially astute and can work independently
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Structured career history
  • Good client interfacing skills
  • Detailed and analytical
  • Adaptable to deal with a number of commercial issues / challenges at any one time
