The Company:

Established over 50 years ago, this contractor has built up a reputation for delivering large and complex demolition, basement and infrastructure solutions to the private and public sectors. They have the ability to operate as both a principal and subcontractor and can take on projects up to £50m in value. They take pride in the fact that they ensure safety for all involved in their projects, deliver a specialist service on time & to budget and have in-house resources to deliver their assigned schemes. Over the years they have managed to build a steady turnover of over £450m.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor that has the ability to run their own projects. They currently have live projects that involve heavy demolition and large, complex basements. These projects are ranging between £500k-10m and are based in Central London. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be using their commercial acumen to reduce project costs and run the assigned portfolio using the JCT form of contract

The Ideal Individual:

• JCT contract experience
• Ability to take full commercial responsibility over projects up to £15m
• A background either working for a main contractor or large subcontractor
