Established almost three decades ago, this premier groundworks and RC frame contractor has made a mark on the East London residential and commercial sectors. Specialising in the delivery of civils schemes for principal contractors, they have built a client base that is continuously expanding and they are very seldom short of work. Throughout their tenure they have been known for having a relaxed working environment that allows their employees to ‘make the day their own’. Because of this, they take pride in the fact that their staff turnover rate is incredibly low. They have also grown what started as a small team to a much larger ‘family’ that regularly celebrates success.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor that has experience in leading the commercial function of groundworks and RC frame packages from inception through to completion. Typically these projects are valued between £1-15m and are local to their office in East London. Their commercial team is led by a relaxed but motivated Commercial Director that is a mentor for a young team of 4 QS’s at varying levels of experience.

The Ideal Individual:

• Experience in managing groundworks and/or RC frame projects
• Has worked for a specialist groundworks/RC subcontractor
• Local to the East London area
