Quantity Surveyor (Water Infrastructure) - London - N

Come and join a thriving infrastructure contractor and manage a key portfolio of civils projects!

An expanding, medium-sized civils contractor is looking to recruit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor that has the ability to oversee the commercial function of a portfolio of projects. This is a contractor that has increased its turnover year on year since 2010, and have built up one of the best reputations in the South East.

As a Quantity Surveyor, your duties will be:

• Manage  a variety civils projects up to £15m in value each
• Maintain existing relationships with clients
• Work closely with the Head of Commercial and Estimating team in bringing in new business

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be a degree qualified professional with a 3+ year structured career history within the civil engineering sector. Ideally this will be using the NEC form of contract.
