Quantity Surveyor (Utilities) - West Sussex

A Quantity Surveyor is required to join an expanding contractor that has an increasing order book within the South-East. Traditionally specialising within the water sector, this company has now taken advantage of an opportunity to open new divisions in the utilities, power and gas markets.

After re-structuring their commercial team, they have promoted some members to accommodate the increase in work and as a result there is an opportunity for a QS in their water team.

Working on a large framework contract with Southern Water that lasts until 2020, with a great possibility of being extended and this position has the opportunity to contribute a significant part in ensuring the contract is successfully commercial.

Their Commercial Director has advised me that if someone is looking for their next long-term freelance role then they need to look no further!

Required:

• Full UK driving license
• Civils framework experience
• The ability to work under your own direction and control

Desired:

• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Utilities framework experience
