There is a need for a Quantity Surveyor at a popular joint venture between two Tier 1 Civils contractors in the utilities sector. With AMP7 looming, commercial staff are required to bolster the team of this joint venture in order to carry out the acquired works.

With works already carried out to the sum of £1 Billion, a new increased budget for the period as of 2020 means there is an abundance of work to be carried out. The contracts are to carry out general repairs and maintenance to reduce supply interruptions.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the following:

• Utilities or heavy civils background
• Experience dealing with the NEC Contract
• Structured career history
