An exciting opportunity has arisen on a key framework involving 2 of the UK’s leading utility contractors.  The contract is being delivered for Thames Water under a 5 year framework with 4 years remaining on it.

The position requires a Quantity Surveyor capable of taking over a portfolio of work in the region of £6m per annum, containing high volume low value contracts. The role will see you working closely with the delivery team to collectively ensure the contract is being delivered on time and within the financial targets set.

Daily activities could see you being involved in pre-construction pricing of new work on the framework, through to tying up final accounts.  Your Line Manager will be the projects Commercial Lead who has an excellent reputation of supporting and guiding careers.

The chosen Quantity Surveyor will ideally have the following experience:

• 4 + years civils, ideally in utilities or civil frameworks
• Ability to work independently
• Structured career history
• Team player with a hard work ethic
