Quantity Surveyor (Remediation)
Salary: £55k + package + bonus

About the Company:
A Quantity Surveyor role has developed with one of the leading civils specialist contractors in the UK, having built a reputation by offering a market leading service. Areas of speciality cover remediation, demolition, structures, complex civils and regeneration. Their portfolio of work ranges up to £100m and is mainly delivered within the Midlands and South East working in conjunction with major UK contractors as well as directly with developers and end clients as a principal contractor.
About the Role:
They have secured a £25m remediation project on a large brownfield site in Walsall that will be developed into a regeneration scheme seeing new business enterprises entering, with the final outlook to likely see housing and retail. The role will be delivered under NEC. Working alongside and under the mentorship of a highly experienced Divisional Commercial Manager, you will manage the daily commercial activities of the project with the role developing in time to Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Lead Project Manager will also be able to assist with the knowledge needed for the sector but in brief this is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to move into a role that offers full commercial responsibility of your own scheme.
