One of London’s prime real-estate developments is about to ramp up construction that will result in the owner creating some of the City’s most sought after commercial and residential space.  My client is delivering the RC Structure, groundworks, civils and basement element of the contract.

They have a role within the project for a Quantity Surveyor who will be able to support the Lead Quantity Surveyor in commercially delivering the project.  You will take on some of the key packages, working closely with the sight and project management team to ensure the project as a whole is completed on time and within the commercial targets set.

The working environment of the company is one which is supportive but allows you to take autonomy over the project/tasks you are delivering.  They have excellent development and long term career prospects with an experienced commercial lead on hand to offer advice as and when it’s required.

Required criteria:

• 5+ years relevant experience
• Civils or Structures or Groundworks experience beneficial
• Strong eye for detail
• Team player

Desired criteria:

• HNC/Degree qualified
