Salary:  to £60k + benefits

This award winning contractor has secured a number of projects and are keen for a Quantity Surveyor to oversee initially a portfolio of 2-3 of their specialist works in the City of London.  As a company, projects range in value from £1.5m to £100m.  The schemes in question are £1.5m and £2m which will see you take commercial control of the schemes, reporting into the sector Commercial Director.

As the chosen Quantity Surveyor you will need to possess strong analytical skills and possess the initiative to work under your own direction.  This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a friendly and supportive construction team to deliver exciting projects in the South East.  As a business, they have a number of other divisions that include rail / infrastructure, development and aviation so in the long term opportunities to gain experience in other sectors is easily achievable.
